Asked by k3NGuru

Hello
Today i want to install Ubuntu 12.04.2 LTS on server, but i have some problems with installation.

Then I made bootable USB flash drive with this ISO using Ubuntu startup disk creator. During the installation a problem has occured with one file "nic-pcmia-modules-3.5.0-23-generic-di_3.5.0-23.35~precise1_i386.udeb" in folder /pool/main/l/linux-ltsquantal

that file in ISO nic-pcmia-modules-3.5.0-23-generic-di_3.5.0-23.35~precise1.ude

And in the ISO file have many that files.

MD5 hash identical.

That bug ISO or anything else?

Maybe this works as workaround:

The problem seems related to 3.5.* kernel files. You could try installing an original 12.04 system and then do upgrades to reach the 12.04.2 status. This would provide a 12.04 system with the 3.2.* kernel.

See https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Kernel/LTSEnablementStack for the background.

Can you help with this problem?
