How to report a bug on my the fact that my wacom tablet is not using the input setting.

This is a bug after did the updates on the 2 jun my wacom bamboo mobel CTH-460. Acked like it was not work on knan Academy after try knan in different web browers found if press very hard it worked this not normal. Tried adjusting setting system setting > wacom to softest not joy. This was and has been working right till today.

The is their is no apport log their is not crash. The device just changed how it is work with no change from me and now the setting do not effect how it is working.

I if had crash report this would be easy.
