ubuntu 13.04 freezing

13.04 keep freezing the screen freezes but the mouse moves around but does not operate only way to unfreeze is to manually switch off ,only recently had updates

hp 625 lap top
4gb memory
AMD Athlon(tm) II P320 Dual-Core Processor × 2
Gallium 0.4 on AMD RS880 graphics
64-bit o/s

Did you install the legacy fglrx video driver?

no i didnt install the legacy fglrx video ,tryed the driver seleted by the additional driver option it not work very well but told about bubblebee option as may suit my graphics loaded that on system as work great from the first day 13.04 came out .freezing as only started over last few days after updates
