I love to see application to learn/improve english thats can work offline...like wordweb.
also is there a way to remove junk files in ubuntu iam having disk space problems with
installation and orphaned packages.

_Please_ as I previously requested, could you ask one support question per ticket, and not ask the same thing over and over. We now have 3 tickets with the same question about send-to links.

There are quite a few dictionary packages. Have a look through some of them in Synaptic package manager.

The following command can get rid of orphaned packages
sudo apt-get autoremove

The following command can clean up the local cache of packages
sudo apt-get clean
