send to.... where?

What is better way to improve sendto....It lacks creating desktop

shortcuts/in short creating shortcuts,send to documents,and send to usb

device,it just has sendto mail which i dont want.The most essential feature is ability to
edit context menu using a gui interface hope,if doesnt makes things worse.

Also iam facing problems with newly installed programs no shortcuts are
created onto desktop nor into main menu.only a bunch of well known
programs like kaffine,amarok does that rest are evil.

The easiest way to create a desktop shortcut is to use gnome is a simple drag&drop with the middle click through nautilus (the file browser).

next.. to create a document you can right click on a desktop and choose create new document -> empty file
then your document is created you can double click it and it opens up with gedit..

Then to send that document to a specified folder just copy the file created and paste it in the specified folder(just as you do in windows)

then to send that file to an usb do...

Just Plug-in the usb and Mount the USB disk on to your ubuntu system

and just copy the required files onto usb drive...
