bt yahoo e-mail not working since downloading ubuntu 13-04

I have used BT YAHOO mail since joining ubuntu some years ago , with no problem. Since upgrading to 13-04 the cursor seems to be stuck on the inbox line , so when I click on an e-mail to read it it opens and immediatly goes back to list ,and "inbox - checking" flashes on and off .I can delete e-mails and transfer them to folders with on problem but cant read them. I can go on my wifes laptop and open my mail site on windows vista and read my mail with no problem. So this has only happened since 13-04 and the problem is not with the account.

Try different browser and what happens? Like Google chrome.

I have tried diffrent browser - Chrome to be exact.
No joy.
Same problem.
This problem is serious as all my work is held up. The worst part is I know there is an email and I cannot read it nor reply to it.
I havenot tried deleting or moving it.

Can you help with this problem?
