Asked by clombard

Help... How can I completly wipe Raring...?
I see Ubuntu in the control panel when I boot into windows...Will "remove" work there...?
Or can I just run my 12.10 wubi disk and install over Raring...?

You will need to uninstall Raring, then install Quantal. I recommend after you uninstall Raring that you resize your NTFS and do a real Ubuntu install.

You can restore user data from your backups

Yes I know..."You will need to uninstall Raring, then install Quantal"
Please read my question. I asked HOW do I uninstall 13.04 on this
dual booted machine...
Thank you.

If you used Wubi, use add/remove programs in Windows. If you resized NTFS then simply delete the Raring partitions and install to the freed space

If you have Windows & Ubuntu as dual boot, regular dual boot (not wubi.exe), then boot from a Windows DVD/USB and restore the Windows bootloader first.

Here is how
http://www.tomshardware.com/news/win7-windows-7-mbr,10036.html

After that, you can open "Disk Management" , click on start and write the words, and remove completely the Ubuntu partitions. Then re-size the Windows partition to allocate the space.
