I have a file generated by edgy with technical data of the crash....where should i attach it? it is 28 mb...if not i would paste it here

If you are able to reproduce it often, you should file a new bug report.

In some sense this problem is resolved....i just wiped my hard disk and reinstalled edgy...no more crashes now... but the bug (or whatever) during the upgrade from dapper to edy that derived in the situation described...remains. As i posted a bug report i am closing this support request. Thanks.
