Where to find source code of "mission control" in ubuntu?

Asked by John Lin

Hi everyone,

I love the "Super + W" function, which is described as "Spreads all windows in the current workspace".
It is similar to the "mission control" in OS X.
However, sometimes I have some glitches when pressing "Super + W".
I want to check the source code to find out the problem, but I don't know where they are.

Can anyone tell me where can I find the code?

Thank you very much.

You can use apt-get to pull down the code, all the open source applications i nthe repositories have a source deb to download the source code.

I am sorry, but which package is the "mission control" in?
Just typed apt-get source ubuntu<tab>, and there are dozens of candidates, I don't know which is it.
I am using Ubuntu Desktop 12.04.
Thanks again.

"Mission control" is in the unity (the default destkop environment) source, it is not a program, it is just part of the entire DE.

Unity isn't a DE. It's a shell. The DE is Gnome.
