seahorse-nautilus not working on Ubuntu 13.04

what is the workaround for seahorse-nautilus not working on Ubuntu 13.04?

package seahorse_3.7.91-0ubuntu1~raring1_i386.deb does not work, with or without seahorse-nautilus plugins.

I got the same issue. Have try to remove seahorse-nautilus and have installed instead nemo with seahorse-nemo ... but I have the exact same issue in Nemo : the GUI opens when I right-click on a file but no encryption is done.

Can you help with this problem?
