error with update system

When a server doesn't reply to your computer request of downloading index files, it notice you of it. Some servers, especially the plf ones, are doing that often, but it should disappear. Which URL was failed to fetch ?

Thanks but I get the access, the problem is that I have a proxy in a Lan network, but a I saw this command: export http_proxy="http://login:<email address hidden>:puerto/"
 and fix the problem.
