Upgrade from 12.10 to 13.04 broke HDMI audio (nvidia geforce 210)

After upgrading from 12.10 to 13.04 HDMI audio no longer works. It use to appear in the sound settings. Using nvidia GeForce 210.

Try:

killall pulseaudo; rm -r ~/.pulse*

Wait 10 seconds and reboot.

I also suggest you report a bug.

This is marked solved - what was the solution? now broken with HDMI nVidia GTX 670 (GK104) and Ubuntu 14 - was working with Ubuntu 13.
