The Ubuntu pioneers can add Persian lang. to Alternate CD's setup.

Yes, if you plan to have your own cd.
You will find the documentation for remastering the alternate CDs here:

I'm not sure if it is possible to have full farsi support for all alternate
CDs. I would think not. Think of all languages which are interested in this
and we could forecast that it will become bigger than a dozen dvd's in sum.

The Farsi-Linux Project may also be interesting as an assisting partner for
you. They have a lot of experience in remastering and customising Debian
based Linux cd's

There also is an Ubuntu Customization Kit - UCK http://uck.sourceforge.net/
for customizing the ubuntu live cd.
There is a better uck documentation at the german ubuntuusers wiki.
I know that many people from Iran speak German, so I hope there is a chance
that you will find someone who will understand it.
