How to make desktop environment behave properly without lags at first login?

Asked by Jetam Reach

Each time after I turn on computer at first login desktop environment behaves bugy. Can't switch between windows, can't use mouse, then can again, can use only keyboard, only on active window, but can't change the active window. Can't start the firefox from icon but can from link from terminal, but all the time super key has it's funcionality. Cant drag windows or resize them. As longer the session is environment behaves more and more bugy. But if i manage ti click on logout(or do it right after i log in) and log in again everything works normally. Is it possible to make desktop environment behave normally at first login?
