How do I install Add-on for rhythmbox

More Specifically , I need a walk through on how to install the equalizer add-on to rhythembox. Yes I am a noob, I am useing Precise 12.04 . I went to add-on web page and tried to do the add file under terminal but not to good with useing terminal yet...Also the website seemed to have only files for developers Please help.. I like the Rhythembox prog and it works very well...I just want to add the equalizer. Thank You for your time....
