I can't run live cd, logical block 0 errors appears and i formatted the HD still the same. Need help>

I have tried many time
the first is Buffers, and with I/O logical error
the second is hdc followed by logical

It seems to be problem with CD - try "Check CD for Defects" (third or fourth choise in boot menu).

It worked but after booting many times.
