I have some fan issues on Dell inspiron 15R Special Edition

The system I have installed is: Ubuntu 13.04 beta2 (why 13.04 beta2? because I no longer have issues with graphic card or booting)

My fan when to the max or something to day I heard it do noise like a grass cutter. How to fix this please I dont want the fan break, so now staying on windows until find a way t fix this issue.

Your CPU has a built in GPU, giving you a switchable graphics situation. This may help

I also have a Dell Inspiron 15R SE, and had the same problem after installing Ubuntu 12.04-amd64. What solved this problem for me was i8kutils package. The latest version is in the site below.
