Creative Sound Blaster Z, ZX, ZXR audio support

I don't get any sound output through my Sound Blaster Z soundcard. The card is detected as CA0132.
I've tried Ubuntu 12.10 and 13.04 daily build without success.
Does anyone with a similar card had any success getting sound through it?

What is the output of:

wget -O alsa-info.sh http://www.alsa-project.org/alsa-info.sh && chmod +x ./alsa-info.sh && ./alsa-info.sh --upload

I suggest you report a bug. Raring isnt ready or stable
