how to get the ubuntulinux cd pakagesfor home delivary

I have the same question: How do I get the ubuntu Linux cd package sent to my home? I can find no location on the site for ordering or downloading and I am not sure what other info you need. I assume I have to specify at least that I want the Breezy 5.10 Release for i386 processor. I assume you would send a CD with the base system on it and that I would then download additional facilities as needed or that I would request further CDs. In order to do that I would need to provide a mailing address. Where do I do that on the Launchpad site?

Yes. I just recently registered and I am also interested in getting the CD packages and it is not very clear how to do this. Can you please post some directions to this list?

ago I have not got cds yet.

I CANT FIND "PLACE ORDER" LINK.

Even I have the same problem. Where is the link to order the CDs or the link to download them

It would have been very useful if a 'place order' link was put

When I go to ship.ubuntu.com and type in my launchpad username there is a request cd's link that places the order for you.

How much time it take to ship to india?

Try checking your post...it might have been there for a while and wanted to collect some fees of sorts.
