will not let me long in to my Ubuntu account

I was put under my mothers account....**************** Cheryl Grosvenor-Grooms, now when we try to get on to the Mathias account it will not bring it up...It will only bring her up in both.

there is no need to give here e-mails of other users ... etc. E-mail replaced with asterisks.

About the login problem , have you forgot your password ? What exactly is the behavior when you attempt to login to "mathias" account ? Reverting you to login screen and you cannot login in Desktop environment ?
