how to download a flashplayer on linx ubuntu

when i go to youtube the video will not load up and on myspace the video and music player don't load. it s start to mess up please help me?

Navigate to this menu: Applications>Add/Remove..

At the top right box select 'Show: All available applications'.

Search for Flash in the search box.. then tick 'Macromedia Flash plugin.. and hit the 'Apply Changes' button.

Follow any other instructions that may appear, and you should now have Flash installed.
