To install U1204LTS dual boot with Windows8

I ordered a new laptop ASUS-A75VJ-TY021H. It comes with pre-installed Windows8. The machine has two internal harddisk base. I am expecting to install U1204 into the second harddisk and configure the machine dual boot windows8. Heard the U1204.2 can be install in Win8 machine without turning off the UFXX. Any advice can coach me on configuration? Thank in advance.
