Can Not Install No matter what I do

 Im running with a Ubuntu 12.04 with HPLIP 3.12.2 and from what I understand to install I need HPLIP 3.13.2. I have no idea of what I am doing I have done system-config-printer and all it does is pull up the Printing-local host and have done 'hp-check -t' and it says this:
