will there be ubuntu touch also available for the motorola razr i phone ? it's one of the phones with a x86 cpu.

You should not, since currently Ubuntu Touch just started, there are several models supported only and all of them is ARM.
The Ubuntu Touch porting guide just was released, developers just begun to work on it, by the time it is possible.
IMHO x86 is not problem.
