Mount NFS server

Having followed all instructions to instal NFS, when time came to mount my file onn the server I got timed out:

ea@oldazura:~$ sudo mount 192.168.0.103:/home/mass /home/ea/mass
mount.nfs: Connection timed out
ea@oldazura:~$
 What am I missing?

I have set all firewalls to allow NFS, as well as the two computers IPS adresses.

The directories on both systems exist, as do the folders asked for.

Had to reinstall Linux 12.04 LTS, so this question now is moot
