how to get latest unity changes from 13.04 to 12.10 unity?

Hi, I have gone through several webpages and found unity for 13.04 has certain nice UI changes such as new icons and new effects, want to have it on my 12.10, please let me know how do i get it?

if you enable the backport repo it may be there. you may also find a PPA with the newer version for Quantal. You could also wait for release and upgrade to the newer release or even upgrade now into the prerelease and all the fun that brings.
