how do I put wallpaper on top and bottom of cube

Asked by Ian Brownlie

How do I put wallpaper on top and bottom of the cube, also is it possible to have a different wallpaper on each face of the cube. I have seen demos of this but I can't find out how to do it. I have enabled compiz CCSM but still cannot fathom a way. could anybody help please.

Thank you for replying so promptly. Still no luck I'm afraid, I went to the links you provided and did exactly as they said all I got was "no such file" . As for top and bottom, yes I've got those on but am still unable to get an image on them. On both I got "authentication failure"
So, where I go from here I'm not sure. Thanks again for your reply.

O.K. I've managed to get wallpapoz installed and running, this solves one problem. I now have different wallpapers on each face of the cube, however, the question of wallpaper on the top and bottom remain. Thanks again.

Thanks Vojtech, I've managed with the help of a linux using friend to use compiz properly. Everything I needed was in "Advaced Desktop Settings", if you look hard enough, I guess I didn't, lesson learned.
