From kernel 3.8.0-4.9 , ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4570 Display Error

From kernel 3.8.0-4.9 in ubuntu 13.04, My Thinkpad SL410k with ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4570 cannot boot correctly. When boot to graphic, It display in disorder. But in 3.8.0-4.8, It work fine.
