On a dual boot, Windows/Ubuntu system. I want to edit the grub menu.lst file in order to put Windows

Hi, you should edit this file as "superuser" i.e. with "sudo" command. If you are not a "sudoer" user , restart your computer and choose "recovery mode" when grub starts, and then try to edit the file with nano (or your favorite terminal-based editor)

nano /boot/grub/menu.lst

in a terminal window, type sudo nano /boot/grub/menu.lst

or if you're in GNOME (gui mode) you can type sudo gedit /boot/grub/menu.lst

Can you help with this problem?
