libflickrnet2.1.5-cil cannot install

Hardy alpha (2? 3? can't tell); tries to install f-spot which requires libflickrnet2.1.5-cil. Configuration of libflickrnet2.1.5-cil fails, but the error message can't be copy-pasted from the terminal. Something about a missing file.
