After the power was off without shutdown booting stopped with error: can't acc tty job control turned off
PLEASE HELP TO FIX IT

I can't reinstall system a lot of data on this computer.

Press escape when the grub loading message appears, remove "quiet" and "splash" from the kernel line and boot. That should cause some error message to be printed, so we know what's going on.
