freezes during install

I am trying to install ububtu and when I hit continue after connecting to Wi-Fi, if wont continue...help!

Lots of things could be in play here. You might first try using a wired connection during install rather than using the wifi. If that doesn't work, I would suggest checking the MD5 check sum of your image you are using to the MD5 check sum provided on the downloads page. If you are installing from a disc, there might have been a write error during the burning process.
