Where do I, or how do I get updates for Unbuntu

I have Unbuntu 7.10 and I cannot remember how to get updates for it.

You should be able to use System > Administration > Update Manager. Also, unless you've disabled it, you should get an icon in your system tray informing you of available updates when they are necessary.
