Video Display Issue

Asked by Kinsers

I am trying to install from the live CD on a generic pc with 256 mb RAM & a 2 Ghz processor. In Windows the resolution is adjustable but with the live CD and during the install I can only achieve 640 x 480 so I can not see the bottom of any screen. With this issue I can not get past the language list. I believe there is a box at the bottom of the page but I can not make the window any smaller either. What can I do?
The video driver is an onboard Intel chip # 82845G.

Thank you,
Steven

off the top of my head before you boot live-cd hit F2 or F3 for boot options. I think you can choose vga=normal or resolution size.
