LibreOffice Draw 3 Borders in 12.10

Asked by clombard

This may be the wrong place but I tried everywhere and can not get an answer or believe an answer.
When I create a web page in LibreOffice Draw it seems to include a boarder around the page
and the artwork within the page!.
Fine...BUT...when I ftp it to my domain it STILL contains the boarders. Can not get rid of them...
This may be an OMG what were they thinking moment but is it possible to create a drawing in LibreOffice Draw
and NOT have a border around it...?
I tried paragraph->boarders-> none and it does NOTHING.
Did a programmer decide with NEED to have boarders around the finished product?
thanks
