enable single sign on for internal applications

I want to enable single sign on for internal applications in my company.
which are microsoft sharepoint applications and works fine with ie on windows.

I want to enable access with firefox on Ubuntu.
I am using pbis to authenticate user.
I want to know is there any settings in session manager(like in windows)to deal with sso in Ubuntu?

Look into LDAP is a good starting point
