Contact with Canonical from this form => http://www.ubuntu.com/business/desktop

Here is not the appropriate place for such questions.

Or maybe you can open a bug.. ??

Thanks

Yes , but here in Launchpad Answer Tracker , we are simple users (like you) , we are not Canonical's employees or something similar.
So I guess you have to answer somewhere else about this problem.

Thanks

There is a contact page for Canonical here
http://www.ubuntu.com/business/services/contact

As far as getting your money back you will have to contact them. I don't know if anybody here represents Canonical but as pointed out by Nick this is a user forum so not the place to ask this question sorry.

If you are still having problems with the software however feel free to open a new question with details of the problem and the more experienced amongst us will try to help.
