NON E' POSSIBILE RIAVVIARE, SI BLOCCA CHIUSO

QUANDO TENTO DI RIAVVIARE PER RIENTRARE IN WINDOWS XP OPPURE PER RIENTRARE DOPO UN INSTALLAZIONE O ALTRO, UBUNTU 12,10 SI BLOCCA NELLA POSIZIONE INTERMEDIA CON SCHERMO CHIUSO, ED ALLORA SONO COSTRETTO A CHIUDERE IL PC E RIACCENDERLO DA CAPO. COSA DEVO FARE?? GRAZIE
