Scanner for Photos and Slides that works with Ubuntu 7.04

I am looking for a scanner that will work with Ubuntu 7.04 that will do photos, slides and documents. Any and all suggestions welcome.

I suggest Brother DCP 130c (Multifunction print/scanner).
Economic and work fine.
