how can i run apps @startup

and how can i find the installed apps... which map...? how does it work...(browser)
im a new fun os Ubuntu 7.10 and i haven't use it before so i can not ...

i click on "remember currently running sessions" on the session panel and how can i force it to forget this saved profil...?

1. Right click on the app in the Applications menu. Then click "Add this launcher to panel".
2. It will appear in the panel (bar) at the top of your screen. Right click the symbol and click Properties.
3. In the window that opens look at the text in the "command" text box. Remember this. Close the window.
4. Right click on the symbol in the panel again and click "Remove from panel".
5. Go to System -> Preferences -> Sessions
6. Click add
7. In the 'command' box enter the text you discovered in step 3.
8. Type the name of the program in the 'name' box.
9. Click 'OK'.
10. Click 'Close'.
11. Restart and see if it has worked.

Close all your programs and go back to the session window and click the button again.
