how do I export cookies with Firefox 2.0.0.x.

I want to export my cookies file so that I can import it after a rebuild. If I remember there used to be an option to do this, but I can't find it. Also, are there any tricks to the import? I am using Ubuntu 7.10 on i386.

in my computer my firefox coockies are in
/home/mahmood/.mozilla/firefox/45pyi6de.default/cookies.text
if you use Ubuntu it should be something similar to mine because I use too.
