playing online video problem

Video from some website cannot play

ex:
http://tva.canoe.ca/video/encore-plus-de-videos/plus-recentes/1267225057001/en-voyage/1894976668001

I have the latest Ubuntu
I'm running chromium and firefox. With firefox and chromium, i see the triangle (play button) on the image but when I click, nothing appears...

Just visited the site and videos are playable for me (FF 16 - Ubuntu
12.04.1).

Try to install or/and reinstall ubuntu-restricted-extras . Browsers must
be closed.

 From terminal (Ctrl+Alt+t)

sudo apt-get install --reinstall ubuntu-restricted-extras

tried what was suggested, without success! I will attach the message later when I resolve the below problem...
now i'm having a problem with accessing internet. No connection - error 106...message I get when openning a chromium session.
what can I do?
