Moving files to a root owned folder

im trying to get my tablet running and i need to put a driver file into the input modules folder... which happens to be owned by root... *pout*... still cant figure out how to move it there... any help?

For example, if you want to copy the file "example.txt" in /home/chou to the folder /lib/modules, type the following command in a console window:

sudo cp /home/chou/example.txt /lib/modules

Then enter your password. Hope this helps.

You'll have to do this from a terminal (Applications -> Accessories -> Terminal).

If you want something graphical, at the terminal, type:

sudo nautilus

This will open the nautilus file browser (after typing your password when prompted and hitting enter) as the root user.
