How to load songs from a MP4 handheld?

 i just bought a mp4 /mp3 hand held player and i cant find a thing to load it all my songs are downloaded from lime wire but i cant get them to sync on to the player please help

After you connect your mp3/4 player to your computer it should act the same way as USB Flash Drive, so you'll only need to copy your songs to player. If this doesn't work post your mp3/mp4 brand and version.
