unable to set ubuntu for dialup connection and setup settings for firefox

I was trying to connect through Dialup connection.
I guess there is some problem in settings of my firefox. So What to be selected for the Modem Port. And also the host? Would u kindly send me all the settings of ppp0 Properties (System > Adm.. > Network > Modem Connection > ppp0 Properties)
