can not open my home network after upgrading to 12.10 unstable release

just did the upgrading to 12-10 and the my home network is not showing " could not display all content in "network" place is not supported"
worked just fine in 12.04

Ubuntu 12.10 is still in development and might contain a number of bugs.
It is intented to be used for testing and development only.
It you are an experienced user, and able to provide sufficient data to diagnose the error, you should report this as a bug.

Iknow that 12.10 is under dev. and thats why i wanted to report this
I dont know how to report a bug
I have tried but the info will not report and im not sure how to get all the info that you need to report the bug
so i thought that this was a way to enlight you all that this is a bug

But im willing to learn how to report bugs that doesent generate a crash report

It 'worked fine' in 12.04 as Precise is stable and quite mature now...
