installing Ubuntu 12.04

While installing Ubuntu 12.04
I got problem
My coputers screen look like Square Blockes

what can i do

I tryed 32Bit and 64Bit both
My PC Configuration is:
Processor - Intel Core i5-2400 @3.10GHz
MotherBoard - Intel DH67BL
RAM - 8GB
HDD - 2TB
Graphic Card - GeForce GT-240

Have you tried the boot option:

nouveau.blacklist=1
