help! I removed mon0 and mon1 on root access! is that bad?

When I ran airmon-ng stop mon1, it was removed completely and so was mon0 when I ran it! Does this affect my internet connection? How do I get them back? Do I need them?

I don'thave a mon0 file on my OS so you should be OK. I suggest you post on an aircrack forum as they will have more idea. It's not an ubuntu package.
