Ubuntu don't let me install de plugins of adobe flash

Hello I'm a recent user of ubuntu and I want see videos in youtube but don't let me install de plugins for videos.

I need help for problem, tanks.

Hallo
Start Ubuntu Software Center and in the search bar type flash.
It will propose you the flashplugin-installer, just install it.
