Canonical will not approve my requests!

I have tried to order a few CDs of Ubuntu, but for some reason Canonical will not approve them! By the way I live in China.The reason why i want these CDs are that i want to use one for myself and give a few more to my friends to share so they can install it on their computers. I am not abusing the system so PLEASE approve my requests! I live in China by the way and there is no other way i can get he CDs

Can't you just download iso images? Try to get in touch with canonical and see why this is going on. If there is NO other way, i can send you some CDs, you can pay me back by sending me some stamps for my collection. What do you think? ;-)
